Shah Ghani

Co-Founder/Director & Facilitator

Shah Ghani is a seasoned corporate communications and public relations practitioner with more than 30 years under his belt. In all, he has garnered more than 40 years in the private sector in various parts of the world apart from Malaysia, including Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Croatia and Canada.
Prior to embarking on a career in mass communications and public relations, he had also gained extensive and valuable experience in the field of sales and marketing. He had led the sales and marketing functions of a wide range of products and services ranging from fast-moving consumer goods to tractors and heavy earth-moving equipment and to electronic data transfer community systems. 
In the public relations arena, he specialises in fields which include Issues and Crisis Management and Strategic Communications. As a subject matter expert, Shah is often invited to conduct training and workshops in the Communications sector on a wide variety of related subjects. He is also an experienced speaker and has spoken regularly to groups of various sizes. A career highlight is when he was selected as a United Nations EDIFacts resource person and spoke on EDI technology at different fora, including engagements in Kathmandu, Nepal and Bangkok, Thailand.
While marketing and mass communications was his main vocation, working with and developing  young talents is his passion. He is currently a HRDCorp-certified TTT Trainer.

Dato' Aminahtun Karim

Co-Founder/Director & Facilitator

Having served as a career diplomat and the public sector for over 36 years, Ambassador Dato’ Aminahtun garnered much international experience and cross-cultural expertise. Her years in the Foreign Service took her to many countries representing Malaysia in diplomatic Missions abroad. Her stints as Ambassador in Canada, Croatia and the Ukraine were important milestones in her professional and personal success.


Other than diplomacy, her passion and considerable talent lies in nurturing and training. During her stint at the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR), she played a critical role in strategizing, coordinating and implementing the transformation of IDFR from mainly conducting training programmes to become centres of learning. The Institute continues to engage her for various courses to share her vast experience in diplomacy and her cross-cultural anecdotes having served and lived in many countries. She is certified by the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDCorp) as a professional trainer.

Dato’ Aminahtun holds two professional training certifications from City and Guilds, London namely, a Certificate on Training of Trainers (2013) and an Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training and Assessing Learning (TeTra) (2015).  Additionally, she attended many and varied courses in Malaysia and overseas at various stages of her career. She consults in foreign policy, diplomacy and international relations, and trained on various aspects of protocol, cross cultural communications, etiquette, presentation skills as well as personality grooming. Throughout her career she also wrote and delivered speeches at home and abroad, acted as moderator for various forums/seminars and was rapporteur for international conferences. She also coached Senators of the Malaysian Parliament, officers at Bank Negara Malaysia and gave inspirational talks to students from UiTM, UPSI, UMS and Johor Student Leaders Council to name a few.   


In recognition of her diplomatic achievements and service, Dato’ Aminahtun was bestowed the Kesatria Mangku Negara by His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong as well as awards by His Royal Highness Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan and His Excellency The President of Croatia.

Syed Ali Bin Syed Ahmad Al-Bukhary

Lead Facilitator

Syed Ali had been in active employment for 38 years in both local and multinational corporations, until his retirement at the end of 2013. He had served the newspaper, airline, oil and gas, shipbuilding and fabrication, automotive, plantation industries and corporate head office of a state GLC. All these years were in the areas of Human Resource Management, Safety and Public Affairs. His last position was as the Group Human Capital Advisor of a major state GLC, having interest in plantation, healthcare, fast food and intrapreneurships, involving 66,000 employees.
Besides consulting, training and facilitation in corporations he had served, Syed Ali had often been invited to speak in local and international conferences and seminars in the areas of Human Resource Management, especially covering subjects of People Management, Industrial Relations, Management of Change and Leadership.
He has had numerous training and facilitation experience in the plantation, healthcare, and foreign financial industries. He has had the opportunity to facilitate participants from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Republic of Indonesia in the areas of People Management, Management of Change and Leadership.
Syed Ali had served the Malaysian Industrial Court as a member of the Employers Panel since 1996 and member of the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) Industrial Relations Panel since 1994. These had given him vast and valuable exposure in the field of Industrial Relations and Employment Laws.
He is a graduate in Economics and also holds a Diploma in Business Studies. He is an Alumni and member of the Harvard Business School Club (Malaysian Chapter) and is a HRDCorp Certified Trainer.
Since his retirement from the corporate world, he has been serving as a freelance HR Consultant, Coach, Trainer and Facilitator.
